Local to the Northern Beaches for over 30 years, Bill and sons Mark and Tim bring over 60 years combined experience to BTM Automotive, with a passion and commitment to providing honest and reliable automotive services.

Bill, son of a mechanic himself, left school at the age of 14 to pursue a career as an Auto Electrician. His trade has lead him all over the world, beginning as an apprentice in Artarmon, to working on buses while traveling Europe and Asia. Eventually settling down on the Northern Beaches to start a family, Bill has extensive experience in classic and vintage Auto Electrical diagnostics, custom accessory fitment and Light and Heavy Vehicle Air Conditioning and Service.

Mark enrolled in Toyota Australia's T3 Apprenticeship program in Year 11, working in a dealership and attending TAFE each one day a week whilst completing his HSC. A JDM enthusiast, he spent the next few years in Toyota dealerships before leaving to work in smaller shops. This broadened his range of knowledge to include most any popular make today. A mechanical specialist, he is most at home in the workshop, rebuilding engines and getting dirt and grease under his fingernails.

Tim started his apprenticeship in 2009, completing his trade qualification in the Jaguar Land Rover Modern Apprentice Program at Vantage Automotive, Sydney. Spending 11 years in the JLR Dealer network, split 6 years in Australia and 5 years in Vancouver, Canada, Tim carries an extensive knowledge of Land Rover products from Discovery 3 all the way to Jaguar F-Pace.
